Account Manager

Responsibilities :

• Develop new accounts and Customer Management
• Collect customer requirements & prepare sales proposals
• Manage whole selling cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiations
• Work closely with internal technical team, vendors, and channel partners to ensure deal closing

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing / Business Admin / Computing / Industrial Management / or other related disciplines;
• 1-3 years experience in similar post;
• Experience in trading and manufacturing operations is an advantage;
• Experience in selling Business Application / Web Solutions;
• Knowledge of business / accounting software, preferably in ERP software;
• Good presentation skills, pleasant, aggressive and can work under pressure;
• Good team player, self-motivating, explore new ideas;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;

IT Project & Support Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate support cases and service requests
• Assist in preparing project documents: delivery checklist, quotation follow-up, purchase orders, service reports
• Communicate with customers for issue updates, service arrangement, and progress tracking
• Support basic website/CMS updates and coordinate web change requests with developers
• Assist in testing and validating website changes (content/layout/browser compatibility)
• Liaise with internal technical team, vendors, and suppliers
• Support inventory / asset tracking for devices, licenses, and subscription renewals
• Assist in service contract renewal administration and reporting

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in IT / Business / Engineering or related disciplines;
• 0–2 years experience in IT customer service / helpdesk / project coordination / post-sales support is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome);
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure is an advantage;
• Basic knowledge of web technologies is an advantage (HTML/CSS basics, WordPress/CMS);
• Good communication and customer-handling skills;
• Well-organized, responsible, detail-minded, and able to multitask;
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred);
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Application Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Project Implementations
• Pre-sales / Pro-sales activities

Requirements :

• Degree / High Diploma in Computer Science / Information System;
• Good Project Implementation and Consulting Experience;
• Hands on experience on Accounting / ERP System will be a definite asset;
• Familiar with MS SQL Server;
• 1 year working experience, less experience will be considered;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
• Good team player, self-motivating, explore new ideas;
• Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking, able to handle projects independently and work under pressure;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;

Web Developer

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with team members to build websites and web applications according to clients' requirements
• Maintain and support existing clients' websites
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements :

• Graduate in IT-related discipline or Multimedia Design;
• Knowledge in website development;
• Hands on experience on using web development tools like Photoshop, Illustrator;
• Proficient programming knowledge on HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript;
• Experience in jQuery, AJAX, RSS, XML, JSON, HTML5, mobile website development is a plus;
• Good understanding of multimedia applications and social media integration (e.g. Facebook, Twitter);
